Little Bags...

     I was scrolling through the Moda Fabrics website when I came across this fabric line. Y'all! It was BEAUTIFUL! Let me show you...

Wow right? I kind of quickly typed in Fat Quarter Shop and quickly pre-ordered this line. The blues and greens are divine! I am very, very excited to get this fabric in a blanket. More to come later on that. In trying to find something to make with this gorgeous line (how many words can I describe Nantucket Summer?) I stumbled across this sweet bag pattern.

    I have been playing with making my "Friendship" bags; I may or may not bring them to the bazaar. They are kind of special among my friends right now.  This little bag was too cute not to try. I will admit that several takes later I have gotten the pattern down pat. Now it is time to make it a "little" different and put my twist on it. 

    

    How about this...a quilt block? It's perfect! I can't wait until you see it at the bazaar all together and presenting itself like the cute little bag it is.

P.S. I'll show this in full a little late. Got to work out some kinks and it is my first try changing the pattern to be a Momma Goose Stitches design.
